About Me

I am so glad you are here.

My name is Kelly George, and I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Yoga Instructor, I integrate evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches with complementary practices to support your mental and physical well-being and offer a deeply personalized approach to care. I specialize in anxiety, depression, nervous system support and stress reduction, chronic dieting, binge eating, PTSD, chronic pain, psychotherapy for chronic digestive disorder and strategies for emotional regulation.

I aim to create a safe, compassionate space for you to explore challenges, gain insight, and work toward meaningful growth and healing. I am particularly passionate about providing psychoeducation on the benefits of combining psychological, nutritional, and physical health strategies for lasting wellness that feels achievable and empowering.

I inherently believe in an individual’s strength to overcome obstacles and create a life that aligns with their unique values. Through empathetic engagement and validating your experiences, I aim to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to share your challenges. Together, we can learn new skills and strategies to help you reach your goals and foster emotional resiliency.
